02 / How it works

Three steps. One accountable partner.

Every engagement follows the same audited path: eligibility first, formation second, and a compliance plan from day one.

  1. 01

    Check eligibility

We review your business model, owners, residence, target markets and any regulated activity before anything is filed.

    Proof in process

Scoring result, risk notes and the recommended route

  2. 02

    Form the company

After KYC we coordinate name, documents, mandatory local roles, filing and registration evidence.

    Proof in process

Government receipt, register extract and hand-over pack

  3. 03

    Secure operations

We organise deadlines, bookkeeping, tax, annual filings and renewals — with a dedicated compliance calendar.

Editorial scoreThe score must never be marketed as the “best tax jurisdiction”. Read it as best fit for your business model — every score links to reasons and to cases in which we do not recommend the jurisdiction.

04 / Best fit

Which jurisdiction fits your business model?

Select the model closest to your business. We show the editorial first and second choice with the reason — the formal eligibility check follows before any quote.

My business is primarily…

Regulated activities (finance, crypto, health, education, gambling, weapons) never receive a standard package — a local licence analysis comes first.

06 / Pricing

Transparent packages. Clear exclusions.

Our price architecture strictly separates one-time setup work, pass-through government and partner costs, ongoing compliance and optional add-ons. Only then are margins and customer comparisons reliable.

Launch packages per jurisdiction — one-time or first-year fees, government costs passed through.

Foreign-currency quotes are valid for a maximum of 14 days and state tax status and pass-through costs.

These prices are positioning recommendations based on published government fees and visible provider pricing. They are not supplier quotes. Local partner contracts, purchase prices, liability and payment processing are confirmed per country before any engagement.

Quotes are confirmed after KYC, activity review and confirmation of local third-party costs. Complex ownership chains, regulated activities, additional shareholders, apostilles, translations, clean-up work and late filings are priced separately.Data status: September 2026

10 / FAQ

Cross-jurisdiction questions.

01Which jurisdiction is the best?

There is no universally best jurisdiction. What matters is residence, effective management, customers, investors, activity, banking needs and the compliance budget.

02Can I legally save taxes with a foreign company?

A structure can avoid double taxation and be tax-efficient. But a company does not automatically shift personal or business tax obligations. Individual advice is required.

03Is the formation fully online?

Many standard formations are largely remote. Notary, bank, visa, biometrics, certification or a regulatory licence can require presence or original documents.

04Do you guarantee a business account?

No. We optimise the file and handle follow-up questions. Banks and fintechs decide independently according to KYC, AML and their risk policy.

05Which documents do I need?

Typically passport, proof of address, CV, business model, website or pitch, customer and supplier information, source of funds and ownership structure. Country and risk profile may require more.

06What does KYC mean?

Know Your Customer covers identity, ownership, business and source-of-funds checks. Without a complete review we do not file anything.

07Are government fees included in the price?

Only where the package explicitly lists them. Variable licence, visa, notary, audit, translation and courier costs are shown separately and transparently.

08What happens after formation?

Depending on the country the company needs a registered agent or secretary, address, bookkeeping, tax returns, annual returns, renewals and possibly an audit. That is why every setup includes a compliance plan.

09Can I change country later?

A redomiciliation is not always possible. More often a new company is formed and the business or assets are transferred. Tax and contract consequences must be reviewed in advance.

10What happens if I miss deadlines?

Fees, penalties, loss of status, banking problems or strike-off can follow. The managed plan keeps a deadline calendar but does not replace missing documents or payments from the client.

11Can I use a nominee director?

In some countries a local director is required and can be provided professionally. The role carries real duties and is not an anonymity tool.

12Is a virtual address real substance?

It can satisfy a register or mail requirement. Tax and banking substance may additionally require staff, management, office, contracts and local activity.

13How long does a formation take?

After complete KYC, standard cases take from a few days to several weeks. Bank, visa and regulated approvals run separately and often longer.

14How are currencies and price changes handled?

Quotes carry currency, tax status and a validity date. Government and partner changes after expiry are re-confirmed before filing.

15Do you support regulated activities?

Yes, after a preliminary review and only with the required local specialist partners. Finance, crypto, health, education, gambling, weapons and other regulated areas do not receive a standard package.
