This website (ctksetup.com) is operated by CULTURETEK LIMITED, Business Registration No. 80963618, Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Road, Hong Kong S.A.R. ("we", "us"). We are the data user under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the controller under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Swiss FADP.

The website is a statically generated site. It does not include user accounts, payment collection, newsletter registration or contact forms, and we have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The website's own code stores only two preferences in your browser's local storage: the display currency and the language you last selected. These values never leave your device and can be deleted at any time through your browser settings.

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. To deliver and protect the website, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and access time in server logs. Information about that processing is available in Hostinger's privacy policy.

E-mail links open your own e-mail application. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, e-mail address, company details and enquiry. We use this information to respond, to prepare an eligibility check and, if you instruct us, to deliver the requested services. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

If you instruct us to coordinate a company formation, we and our licensed local partners are legally required to identify you and the beneficial owners, directors and signatories of the company. This includes identity documents, proof of address, ownership diagrams, information about the business model, source of funds and, where required, sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening. This data is processed to fulfil the contract and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. It is shared only with the partners, registries, banks and authorities needed for the engagement, and is retained for the statutory retention periods of the respective jurisdiction (typically five to ten years after the end of the business relationship).

Because our services are by nature international, KYC and engagement data may be transferred to partners and authorities in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland and the European Union. Transfers are limited to what the specific engagement requires and are protected by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, personal data we hold about you. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or FADP applies, you additionally have the rights to erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Statutory retention obligations may limit erasure.
